Get Wendy's Lunch for a Year!

Do you want to Make Your Marketing Solve issues?

You might be engaged in a marketing activities that will work against you. Or, at least, are making sales more difficult. From the universal problem - marketing that focuses on what your company can DO and what your company KNOWS and how much experience you HAVE.

Surprise! This doesn't work.

Instead of focusing on YOU, market yourself as an impressive problem solver. You will be pleasantly surprised at how easily this approach attracts clients. Emphasize how your service or problem fixes their nagging concern, pain, or issue.

It doesn't matter what you offer so long as you keep some basic principles at heart:

1. Personal Interest: People (you and me included) want to know what is at it for these people. They are enthusiastic about useful ideas, services, and products that produce something better in their life. Don't speak about YOU. Start talking about THEM.

2. Comfort: People work with people they know and trust. Take up a "conversation" with people by giving them articles, news letters, or other information as created to HELP them. This also allows those to find out more about how you think as well as your capabilities

3. Generate Interest: Will you be effectively communicating the one thing which makes you unique? What can you offer that no other business can? In one sentence, describe it. That is your Central Marketing Message. Utilize it over and over to create interest and get people talking about you.

4. Communication: To truly have a good romance, you have to stay in touch. Be it family, friends, or leads, this process is strictly the same. So when prospects will be ready to buy, you want them to learn YOU provide the best solution. Keep connecting through calls, e-mails, lunch times, and so forth.

ACTION ITEM: Have you been offering a means to fix a problem? Are you currently communicating regularly? Have you any idea your center marketing subject matter? If your current marketing materials don't take this approach, rework them. Having a focus on THEM, you will easily make more sales and greater income!
